Pharm.D & Pharm.D (PB)
The Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy) course in India is a six-year professional doctoral program that includes five years of academic study and one year of internship or residency.
It is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of clinical pharmacy, focusing on patient care and medication management.The course covers various aspects such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, which includes medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, and pharmaceutics, and Clinical Pharmacy, which focuses on therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical research.To be eligible for the Pharm.D course, candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or Mathematics) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

Kalgi Sutaria and Niyati Patel (Pharm.D 5th Year student) Pharm.D 5th Year student, participated in the e-Poster Presentation Competition at the International Conference on Emerging Trends in Pharmaceutical Sciences with Forensic Perspectives (ETPS-FP 2026) held on 5–6 February 2026 at National Forensic Sciences University. E-poster titled “Altered Gut Microbiota and Its Association with Mental Health and Well-Being in primary care patient,” prepared under the guidance of Dr. Nilesh Kanzariya with group members Kalgi Sutaria and Niyati Patel, secured First Position, marking a significant academic achievement and enhancing understanding of observational research and the role of gut microbiota in mental health
Ms. Pankti Patel, along with Kehkashaa Shaikh, secured Second Position in the Poster Presentation at the National Conference on Advancing in Clinical Trials and ADR Reporting, organized by the School of Pharmacy, Indrashil University. The e-poster titled “Knowledge, Attitude and Practice on Adverse Drug Reaction among Health Care Professionals and Community Members in Ahmedabad, India: A Cross-Sectional Survey,” was prepared under the guidance of Dr. Jaldhi Gajjar and provided valuable exposure to contemporary practices in clinical trials and pharmacovigilance, reinforcing the importance of patient safety and rational use of medicines.
Pharm.D Students ,Pankti Patel ,colleague Kehkashaa Shaikh, participated in the Poster Presentation organized during the Pharmacist Week Programme on World Pharmacist Day at SAL Institute of Pharmacy. poster titled “Knowledge, Attitude and Practice on Adverse Drug Reaction among Health Care Professionals and Community Members in Ahmedabad, India: A Cross-Sectional Survey,” prepared under the guidance of Dr. Jaldhi Gajjar, was appreciated by the evaluation panel, and They were awarded First Position at the institutional level, reinforcing the importance of pharmacovigilance and patient safety in pharmacy practice.
