World Pharmacist Day is observed annually on 25th September, as designated by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), to highlight the vital role of pharmacists in healthcare systems around the globe. The SAL Institute of Pharmacy, under the umbrella of SAL Education, proudly celebrated World Pharmacist Day 2025 on 24th and 25th september 2025, with the generous support and sponsorship of the Gujarat State Pharmacy Council (GSPC).The theme for 2025, as declared by FIP, was “THINK HEALTH, THINK PHARMACIST” Dr.Harsh U.Patel,Principal of Sal Institute Of Pharmacy delivered a speech on “emerging role of pharmacist in health care” A Guest lecture delivered by Dr. Ankit Chaudhari, principal of Sarswati Institute of Pharmaceutical Science,chiloda on “EDUCATION PERSPECTIVE AND SUCCESS CARRIER IN PHARMACY.Over 300+ students and faculty members participated enthusiastically in all activities.Winners of Pharma Sketch, Pharma awareness skit, Pharma Rangoli.and pharma Innovation Pitch competitions were awarded with medals and certificates.
